Payment Terms

$295 Deposit** payable within 7 days of initial meeting to secure your Ceremony Date & Time. Balance of Account is due and payable in full 30 days prior to the Ceremony.

Parties will be invoiced for Ceremony in Full and provided with a Schedule of Progress Payments to be made and due dates of said payments. Payments may be made by Cash or Direct Deposit. Client to note their name or Invoice Number on the payment as Reference and Client will be emailed receipt for payments made via Xero Accounting Package.

If full payment is not received by 30 days prior to the ceremony date, Antoinette Te Haara Celebrant – reserves the right to withdraw from her obligation to perform the ceremony.

**Refund Policy

Cancellation By Couple

 In the event of cancellation of the ceremony no later than 21 days prior to the ceremony any funds (except the deposit) paid by the couple will be refunded in full

In the event of cancellation of the ceremony within 14 days of the ceremony date, the celebrant may refund fees paid by the couple (except the deposit), at her discretion depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation By Celebrant

In the event that Celebrant is unable to attend a ceremony, 100% of funds paid by the Couple will be refunded, including deposit.

Covid Cancellation Policy

In the event that your Ceremony is unable to go ahead due to Government Health Directives, 100% of funds paid by the Couple will be refunded, including deposit.

I will happily accommodate a change of date or postponement with no additional fee payable for the date change.

Music

Music during the ceremony is your responsibility. For your convenience, you may use my PA system - except in the case of Legals Only Ceremony - which is smartphone compatible.

Fees For Travel

There is no Travel Fee for ceremonies within Ipswich, Brisbane, Logan or Gold Coast area. Ceremonies outside of this area may incur an additional fee for Travel of 25km for every 10km outside of 60km Radius of postcode 4300 to Ceremony Location.
